At Burns Pet Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
